What happens after you submit

  • A member of our team reviews the property — location, condition, market, and your stated goals.
  • We contact you by phone, text, or email using the details you provide.
  • We may ask follow-up questions or arrange a walkthrough, call, or virtual assessment.
  • If the property fits our criteria, we present a clear written proposal. If it does not, we tell you directly.
We aim to complete the initial property review within 24 hours. More complex situations — probate, occupied properties, title questions — can take longer. Either way you will hear where things stand.

What we do not ask for

  • Mortgage balance or payoff statements on the first screen.
  • Bank statements, tax returns, or credit information.
  • Repair estimates, inspection reports, or contractor bids.
  • Any payment. We never charge a fee to review a property.
