6. Professional submissions

Professionals submitting opportunities are responsible for complying with the laws and licensing rules that apply to them, including disclosure obligations to their own clients and any brokerage they are affiliated with. Submitting an opportunity does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or entitlement to compensation.
